I spent several hours attempting to clean up the wreckage of a social faux pas on Facebook this week.  No need for details, but the main complaint was that I had jumped to (and shared) conclusions before taking time to get all the facts.  It wasn't work or book related, but it did illustrate to me how quickly these things spin out of control ( Read more... )

Busy, busy week.  I've been playing mom again.  Hauled Theresa and young friend out to UTK to go on a college tour.  It was a worthwhile trip, even if it did eat over $40 worth of gas.  I learned some useful info, not just about UT, but also about the process of getting into Med School (which is what I'm encouraging Theresa to shoot for).
